Colorado offers $600 million tax and revenue anticipation notes

New York, July 18 – The State of Colorado is on tap to price $600 million of series 2016A general fund tax and revenue anticipation notes on Tuesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The notes (MIG1/SP-1+) will be sold competitively with First Southwest Co. as the financial adviser.

The notes are due June 27, 2017.

Proceeds will be used to finance cash shortfalls in the coming fiscal year.
