Citrix Systems plans to offer senior notes via seven bookrunners

Knoxville, Tenn., Feb. 20 – Citrix Systems, Inc. is expected to price dollar-denominated senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes have a make-whole call and are then redeemable at par.
The bookrunners are BofA Securities, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, BNP Paribas Securities Corp., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Goldman Sachs & Co. LLC and Wells Fargo Securities LLC.
Proceeds will be used to repay debt under the company’s term loan facility and for general corporate purposes.
The real estate investment trust for housing and health care properties is based in Chicago.
