Olympia, Wash., Oct. 2 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $560,000 of callable contingent coupon notes due Sept. 30, 2021 linked to the common stock of Teradata Corp., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
Each quarter, the notes pay a contingent coupon at an annual rate of 10.4% if Teradata stock closes at or above its barrier level, 65% of its initial share price, on the observation date for that quarter.
Beginning in March 2020, the notes are callable at par on any coupon payment date.
The payout at maturity will be par unless the stock return is less than negative 35%, in which case investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the share price declines from its initial price.
