New Issue: Citigroup prices $359,000 barrier digital plus notes linked to Dow

Tacoma, Wash., June 6 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $359,000 of 0% barrier digital plus securities due Dec. 2, 2019 linked to the Dow Jones industrial average, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the final index level is greater than or equal to the initial index level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the greater of the index return and 20%. If the final index level is less than the initial index level but greater than or equal to the barrier level, 80% of the initial index level, the payout will be par. If the final index level is less than the barrier level, investors will be fully exposed to the index’s decline from its initial level.
