New Issue: Citigroup sells $12.94 million dual directional buffer participation notes on S&P 500

Columbus, Ohio, April 25 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $12.94 million of 0% capped dual directional buffer participation notes due Nov. 23, 2023 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index finishes above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus the gain, capped at 14%.

If the index finishes flat or falls by up to 10%, payout will be par plus the absolute value of the index return. Otherwise, investors will lose 1% for every 1% index decline beyond 10%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the agent with Morgan Stanley Wealth Management as a dealer.
