New Issue: Citigroup prices $944,000 buffered digital notes tied to S&P 500

Chicago, July 24 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $944,000 of 0% buffered digital notes due Aug. 18, 2021 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.

If the index return is greater than or equal to negative 15%, the payout will be an amount equal to the threshold settlement amount of $1,071 per $1,000 principal amount of notes.

If the index return is less than negative 15%, investors will lose 1.1765% for every 1% that the index declines beyond 15%.

Citigroup Global Markets Inc. is the underwriter.
