New Issue: Citigroup prices $5 million 16% ELKS linked to Netflix
New York, Dec. 29 - Citigroup Funding Inc. priced $5 million of 16% Equity LinKed Securities due June 30, 2011 linked to Netflix Inc. shares, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par in cash unless Netflix shares fall below the protection price of $112.51, 62.50% of the initial price of $180.01, during the life of the notes and finish below the initial price in which case the payout will be 0.05555 shares of Netflix stock.
