Moody's: Citic unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said it does not foresee any near-term impact on Citic Ka Wah Bank's ratings after the company announced plans for a change in ownership structure and de-listing of its immediate parent Citic International Financial Holding Ltd.

The outlook is stable.
