Brisa-Concessao Rodoviaria holders tender €192.7 million 4.5% notes

Tacoma, Wash., April 28 – Barclays Bank plc received tenders for €192.7 million of Brisa-Concessao Rodoviaria, SA’s 4.5% notes due Dec. 5, 2016 and accepted all of the tendered notes for purchase, according to a Barclays news release.

As previously reported, the bank began a cash tender offer for up to €250 million of the €600 million notes on April 17. The offer ended at 11 a.m. on April 24.

The purchase price is 107.212% of par, or €53,606 per €50,000 principal amount of notes, plus accrued interest up to but excluding the settlement date, April 29.

Brisa-Concessao Rodoviaria is a freeway concessionaire based in Sao Domingos de Rana, Portugal.
