Bon-Ton Stores seven-member unsecured creditors committee appointed

Pittsburgh, Feb. 16 – Bon-Ton Stores, Inc.’s official committee of unsecured creditors was appointed on Feb. 15 by acting Region 3 U.S. Trustee Andrew R. Vara, according to a notice filed with the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Delaware.

The committee members are Ray Darowski of Estee Lauder Cos., based in Melville, N.Y.; Jaime Heins of Keurig Green Mountain, Inc. of Waterbury, Vt.; Helen Schreiner of Notations, Inc. of Warminster, Pa.; Julie Minnick Bowden of GGP LP, based in Chicago; Ronald Tucker of Simon Property Group LP of Indianapolis; Stephen Ifeduba of Washington Prime Group, Inc. of Columbus, Ohio; and Thomas Taylor of Pension Benefit Guaranty Corp., based in Washington, D.C.

Bon-Ton, a York, Pa.-based department store operator, filed for bankruptcy on Feb. 4 under Chapter 11 case number 18-10248.
