BlackRock will fully redeem several series W-7 muni preferred shares

Chicago, Nov. 20 – BlackRock Advisors, LLC announced an upcoming redemption on Dec. 20 of several series of variable rate muni term preferred shares, according to multiple filings with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The following preferreds will be redeemed at par plus accumulated and unpaid dividends:

• All 1,541 shares of the series W-7 BlackRock Municipal Income Trust (Cusip: 09248F703);

• All 678 shares of the series W-7 BlackRock Investment Quality Municipal Trust, Inc. (Cusip: 09247D501);

• All 1,741 shares of the series W-7 BlackRock Municipal Income Trust II (Cusip: 09249N606);

• All 976 shares of the series W-7 BlackRock Municipal Income Quality Trust (Cusip: 092479500);

• All 2,140 shares of the series W-7 BlackRock MuniHoldings Fund, Inc. (Cusip: 09253N500);

• All 786 shares of the series W-7 BlackRock MuniYield Quality Fund II, Inc. (Cusip: 09254G603);

• All 780 shares of the series W-7 BlackRock MuniHoldings Quality Fund II, Inc. (Cusip: 09254C503);

• All 1,536 shares of the series W-7 BlackRock MuniVest Fund, Inc. (Cusip: 09253R808); and

• All 777 shares of the series W-7 BlackRock MuniVest Fund II, Inc. (Cusip: 09253T606).

The liquidation price is $100,000 per share plus accumulated dividends to the redemption date.
