S&P gives BlackRock notes AA-

S&P said it gave its AA- debt rating to BlackRock Inc.'s upcoming issuance of senior unsecured notes due 2032.

Blackrock’s AA- issuer rating is unchanged, the agency said.

BlackRock is expected to use the proceeds to prefund the repayment of all or a portion of its outstanding $750 million of 3.375% senior unsecured notes due June 2022.

The outlook is stable.
