Boston Properties offers fixed-rate notes to finance green projects

Knoxville, Tenn., Nov. 13 – Boston Properties LP intends to sell green senior notes, according to a 424B5 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes have a make-whole call.

BofA Merrill Lynch, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC and Morgan Stanley & Co. LLC are the bookrunners.

BofA Merrill Lynch is also the lead green structuring agent.

Proceeds will be used to finance and refinance green projects.

Boston-based Boston Properties is the operating subsidiary of real estate investment trust Boston Properties, Inc.
