Beijing Enterprises Water proposes RMB 1 billion medium-term notes

Los Angeles, May 4 – Beijing Enterprises Water Group Ltd. said it plans to issue RMB 1 billion of medium-term notes.

This will be the company’s first series of medium-term notes for 2020. The company has registered to issue up to RMB 8.5 billion of notes.

Proceeds from the upcoming notes will be used for project construction and for general working capital purposes.

Beijing Enterprises provides a broad range of water services and environmental protection services in China. The company is based in Hong Kong.
