Chicago, Jan. 31 – Bayerische Landesbank (BayernLB) priced €500 million of 3.75% green senior non-preferred notes, according to a market source.
Pricing came at 99.563 to yield 3.833%.
The notes priced at mid-swaps plus 95 basis points. Initial talk was in the 120 bps area.
BayernLB, Erste Group, ING, Natixis and UniCredit are the joint bookrunners.
Books were at €1.16 billion at final terms.
