Barclays plans partial principal at risk notes linked to MSCI Europe

Morgantown, W.Va., May 14 – Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% partial principal at risk securities due May 20, 2020 tied to the MSCI Europe index, according to a 424B2 with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus at least 1.37 times any index gain, capped at $14.00 per note.
If the index declines, investors will receive par plus the index return, subject to a minimum payout of $9.50 per note.
Barclays is the agent. Morgan Stanley Wealth Management is the dealer.
The notes are expected to price on May 15.
The Cusip number is 06746R320.
