Barclays to price notes due 2018 linked to iShares MSCI EAFE

Tacoma, Wash., Jan. 27 - Barclays Bank plc plans to price 0% equity-linked notes due Feb. 5, 2018 linked to the iShares MSCI EAFE index fund, according to an FWP filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par of $10.00 plus the percentage change in the exchange-traded fund's share price, subject to a minimum payout of $10.00 and a maximum payout of $17.20 to $18.00 per note. The exact maximum payout will be set at pricing.

The notes (Cusip: 06741L427) will price Feb. 28 and settle March 2.
