New Issue: Barclays prices $1.18 million barrier SuperTrack notes tied to Euro Stoxx, iShares ETF

Columbus, Ohio, Dec. 8 – Barclays Bank plc priced $1.18 million of 0% barrier SuperTrack notes due Dec. 7, 2028 linked to the performance of the iShares MSCI EAFE ETF, the Euro Stoxx 50 index, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
If the least performing underlier’s return is zero or positive, the payout at maturity will be par plus 2.63 times that underlier’s return.
Investors will receive par if the worst performer declines by no more than 40% and be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performer if it declines by more than 40%.
