New Issue: Barclays prices $4 million buffered SuperTrack notes tied to S&P 500

Buffalo, N.Y., July 29 – Barclays Bank plc priced $4 million of 0% buffered SuperTrack notes due Nov. 25, 2022 linked to the S&P 500 index, according to a 424B2 filed with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus any index gain, up to a maximum payout of par plus 12%.

Investors will receive par plus the absolute value of the gain if the index falls, but not more than 10% from its initial level.

Investors will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond the 10% buffer.

Barclays is the agent.
