Bank of New York Mellon calls all $1.1 billion 2.6% notes due 2020

Chicago, July 6 – Bank of New York Mellon Corp. announced that it will redeem all $1.1 billion of its 2.6% notes (Cusip: 06406HDD8) due Aug. 17, 2020 on July 17, according to a news release.
The redemption price will be equal to 100% of the principal amount of notes plus accrued interest.
Payment for the redemption will be made through the Depository Trust Co.
