Bank of Montreal plans buffered bullish enhanced notes on iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund

New York, Dec. 6 - Bank of Montreal plans to price 0% buffered bullish enhanced return notes due June 18, 2015linked to the iShares MSCI Emerging Markets index fund, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The payout at maturity will be par plus 200% of any gain in the fund, up to a maximum payout of $1,170 to $1,200 for each $1,000 principal amount. The exact cap will be set at pricing.

Investors will receive par if the fund falls by up to 10% and will lose 1% for each 1% decline beyond 10%.

The notes (Cusip: 06366RKF1) will price on Dec. 13 and settle on Dec. 18.
