Thailand's Bank of Ayudhya to redeem all 12 billion baht debentures

Madison, Wis., Sept. 29 - Bank of Ayudhya PCL said it will redeem all 12 billion baht of its subordinated debentures due 2013.

The debentures will be redeemed on Nov. 5.

The interest payment for the last period on the debentures will include interest accrued at 4¾% per year from Aug. 5 to Nov. 4.

The register closing date for the last interest payment and principal repayment on the debentures will be Oct. 22.

The Bangkok-based bank said the debentures will be delisted from Bond Electronic of the Stock Exchange of Thailand beginning Nov. 5.
