Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 27 – Bank of America Corp. priced $115 million of 6% fixed-rate callable notes due Oct. 20, 2027, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
Interest is payable semiannually and the notes are callable semiannually after one year.
