New York, April 11 – PT Bank Mandiri (Persero) Tbk. priced $750 million of 3¾% notes due 2024 (//BBB-) on Thursday, according to market sources.
The notes were sold under the bank’s $2 billion euro medium-term note program.
HSBC, Mandiri Securities Pte. Ltd., MUFG Securities Asia and Standard Chartered Bank were lead managers and bookrunners for the Regulation S notes.
Based in Jakarta, Bank Mandiri is Indonesia’s largest bank in terms of assets.
