New Issue: Banco de Mexico auctions Ps. 11 billion, UDI 950 million of bonds

San Luis Obispo, Calif., March 11 - Banco de Mexico sold Ps. 11 billion and 950 million UDIs of bonds in an auction on Tuesday.

The bank accepted bids for Ps. 11 billion of 7¾% Bonos 3-year due December 2017. The bonds priced at 110.1581 to yield 4.8%. The demand for these bonds totaled Ps. 23,309,430,000.

The bank also accepted bids for 950 million UDI of 5% UDI Bonos 3-year due June 2016. The bonds priced at 108.70325 to yield 1.15%. The demand for these bonds totaled 2,303,750,000 UDI.
