By Angela McDaniels

Tacoma, Wash. Aug. 17 - Banco Compartamos, SA, Institucion de Banca Multiple issued another Ps. 1 billion of its local-bank bonds (certificados bursatiles bancarios) in the local debt capital markets, according to a bank news release.
