Omaha, June 23 - Baltimore Gas & Electric Co. priced $400 million 6.125% five-year notes on Monday to yield Treasuries plus 250 basis points, an informed source said.
The notes (Baa2/BBB+/) priced at 99.99 to yield 6.127%.
Bookrunners were RBS Greenwich Capital, Banc of America Securities LLC and J.P. Morgan Securities Inc.
Co-managers were Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc. and Scotia Capital.
Proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes.
The subsidiary of Constellation Energy Group, Inc. is based in Baltimore.
