Baldwin County Board of Education, Ala., preps $85.96 million warrants

New York, Jan. 9 – The Baldwin County Board of Education of Alabama is set to price $85.96 million of series 2015 refunding school warrants on Wednesday, according to a preliminary official statement.

The warrants (Aa3/AA-/) will be sold on a negotiated basis with Raymond James/Morgan Keegan as the underwriter.

The warrants are due 2018 to 2033.

Proceeds will be used to refund the board’s series 2007 warrants.
