Indonesia's Aerospace Satellite calls all $165 million 12¾% notes

Madison, Wis., Nov. 12 - Aerospace Satellite Corp. Holding BV said it will redeem all of its $165 million 12¾% senior guaranteed notes due 2015 on Dec. 12.

The redemption amount will be $177,038,125, which consists of the outstanding principal amount of $165 million plus accrued interest of $1,519,375 and a call premium totaling $10,518,750.

The company issued a redemption notice to noteholders on Friday.

HSBC Bank USA is the trustee.

Based in Jakarta, Indonesia, the company operates as a subsidiary of television operator PT Global Mediacom Tbk.
