Fitch rates Asia Plus notes A(tha)

Fitch Ratings said it assigned an A(tha) national long-term rating to Asia Plus Group Holding PCL's upcoming issue of up to Thai baht 500 million of senior unsecured notes with a maturity of two years.

“The senior unsecured notes are rated at the same level as ASP's national long-term rating, as they represent its unsecured and unsubordinated obligations,” Fitch said in a press release.

The company plans to use the proceeds for working capital.

The outlook is stable.
