Chicago, June 13 – Morgan Stanley Finance LLC priced $475,000 of jump securities with autocallable feature due Nov. 29, 2024 linked to Airbnb, Inc. class A common stock, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The securities will be called automatically at a price to give a return of 21% per year on any quarterly call determination date after six months if the stock is above its initial share price.
At maturity the payout will be par plus 63% if the stock finishes above its initial level.
The payout will be par if the stock declines but finishes above its 75% trigger level and investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the stock if it finishes below its 75% trigger level.
The notes are guaranteed by Morgan Stanley.
