Chicago, June 24 – Citigroup Global Markets Holdings Inc. priced $1.76 million of 0% buffer securities due June 18, 2027 linked to the worst performing of the ARK Fintech Innovation ETF, the ARK Genomic Revolution ETF and the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by Citigroup Inc.
If the final level of the worse performing ETF is greater than or equal to its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 120% of the return of that ETF, capped at 10%.
If the final level of the worse performing ETF is less than its initial level but greater than or equal to its 66% buffer level, the payout will be par.
If the final level of the worse performing ETF is less than 66% of its initial level, investors will lose 1% for every 1% that the worse performing ETF declines beyond 34%.
