New Issue: JPMorgan sells $620,000 autocallable contingent interest notes on ARK ETF

New York, March 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $620,000 of autocallable contingent interest notes due Dec. 14, 2022 linked to the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.

The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.

The notes pay a contingent monthly interest payment at a rate of 15.75% if the fund closes above its coupon barrier, 60% of its initial price, on the relevant review date.

If the fund closes above its initial level on any monthly review date other than the first, second and final, the notes will be automatically called at par.

The payout at maturity will be par unless the fund finishes below its trigger level, 60% of its initial price.

Otherwise, investor will be fully exposed to the decline of the fund at maturity.
