Chicago, Dec. 22 – JPMorgan Chase Financial Co. LLC priced $589,000 of 0% uncapped accelerated barrier notes due Dec. 9, 2026 linked to the least performing of the ARK Next Generation Internet ETF, the ARK Genomic Revolution ETF and the ARK Innovation ETF, according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes are guaranteed by JPMorgan Chase & Co.
If each ETF finishes at or above its initial level, the payout at maturity will be par plus 1.5 times the return of the worst performing ETF.
If any ETF falls but each ETF finishes at or above the 80% barrier level, the payout will be par.
Otherwise, investors will be fully exposed to the decline of the worst performing ETF.
