Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank three-year notes talked at SOFR mid-swaps plus 38 bps area

Knoxville, Tenn., June 22 – Asian Infrastructure Investment Bank intends to sell dollar benchmark three-year global sustainable notes, according to a market source.

The notes are talked in the SOFR mid-swaps plus 38 basis points area.

BNP Paribas, Citigroup, Deutsche Bank and TD Securities are the bookrunners.

Proceeds will be included in the ordinary resources of the Beijing-based bank.
