Brazil’s Atento to begin roadshow for offering of five-year notes

By Rebecca Melvin

New York, July 21 – Atento SA will commence a series of investor meetings on Monday regarding a possible offering of five-year senior secured notes, according to market sources on Friday.

Goldman Sachs, BBVA Securities, Morgan Stanley and Santander Securities are arranging the fixed-income meetings in the United States and London.

Atento plans to use the proceeds of the notes to redeem all of the issuer's outstanding 7 3/8% senior secured notes due 2020 and all of the existing debentures due 2019 of its subsidiary, Atento Brasil, and for general corporate purposes.

Atento subsidiary Atento Luxco 1 SA will issue the notes, which will be guaranteed by Atento.

The Rule 144A and Regulation S offering is subject to market conditions.

Brazil-based Atento provides business outsourcing services in Latin America.
