Annisa CLO subordinated noteholders direct secured note redemption

Olympia, Wash., June 18 – Annisa CLO, Ltd./Annisa CLO, LLC received written direction from a majority of its subordinated noteholders to redeem its secured notes, according to a notice.

The notes will be redeemed using proceeds from an issue of replacement notes.

Holders of the class A, B, C, D and E notes, as well as the subordinated notes, were notified.

Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co., NA is the trustee.
