Atrium XII directed to redeem six classes of secured notes Nov. 17

Olympia, Wash., Nov. 2 – Atrium XII LLC received direction from the portfolio manager and the required percentage of subordinated noteholders to redeem its class A, B, C, D, E and F notes, according to a notice.

The following will be redeemed on Nov. 17 at par plus accrued interest to the redemption date:

• $496,972,194.44 of class A notes;

• $112,280,972.22 of class B notes;

• $48,147,083.33 of class C notes;

• $40,146,180.56 of class D notes;

• $40,203,125 of class E notes; and

• $16,098,472.22 of class F notes.

The secured notes will be redeemed using refinancing proceeds.
