S&P rates Acrisure notes B

S&P said it assigned a B rating to Acrisure LLC’s proposed $200 million of senior secured notes due 2024.

The recovery rating is 3, indicating an expectation for meaningful (50%-70%; rounded to 60%) recovery of principle in the event of a default.

S&P affirmed all Acrisure Holdings Inc.’s and its subsidiary’s ratings.

The outlook is stable.
