Moody's: Automatic Data unaffected

Moody's Investors Service said it said that Automatic Data Processing, Inc.'s $250 million increase in size to $2.5 billion for its new 364-day credit facility does not impact the long-term Aaa or short-term P-1 debt ratings.

The last rating action was on June 7, 2002, when Moody's said it assigned a Aaa issuer rating to Automatic Data.
