Moody's: Audatex unchanged

Moody's Investors Service said that the announcement by Solera Holdings, Inc., the ultimate parent company of Audatex Holdings, LLC, about the signing of a definitive agreement to purchase 100% of the membership interests of Explore Information Services, LLC for $520 million in cash will have no immediate impact on Audatex's Ba1 corporate family rating or stable rating outlook.
