Ardent Health amends loan, increasing size by $25 million

New York, Aug. 20 - Ardent Health Services amended its credit facility, increasing the credit line to $125 million from $100 million.

The amendment was obtained in connection with a $225 million senior subordinated note sale, which is being used primarily to repay existing indebtedness and for general corporate purposes, according to a news release.

Ardent Health Services is a Nashville provider of health care services.
