Apidos CLO XI plans to refinance class A, B-1, B-2, C, D and E notes

By Wendy Van Sickle

Columbus, Ohio, Oct. 14 – Apidos CLO XI has proposed a supplemental indenture to the Jan. 17, 2013 indenture governing its notes to permit a refinancing of its rated notes.

The supplemental indenture would provide for a refinancing of the class A, B-1, B-2, C, D and E notes, according to a notice from trustee Bank of New York Mellon Trust Co, NA.

Apidos would issue refinanced notes on Nov. 10.

The subordinated notes would remain outstanding, and Apidos wishes to issue additional subordinated notes, the notices states.

Apidos CLO XI LLC is a co-issuer of the notes.
