New Issue: UBS sells $185,000 trigger callable contingent yield notes on Amazon

Chicago, Nov. 28 – UBS AG, London Branch priced $185,000 of trigger callable contingent yield notes due Sept. 30, 2024 linked to Amazon.com, Inc., according to a 424B2 filing with the Securities and Exchange Commission.
The notes will pay a contingent quarterly coupon at a rate of 11.2% per year if the stock closes at or above its coupon barrier level, 70% of its initial level, on the related quarter observation date.
The notes may be called at par plus any coupon due on any quarterly observation date.
The payout at maturity will be par plus unless the stock finishes at or below the downside threshold level, 70% of the initial level, in which case investors will lose 1% for each 1% stock decline, payable in 1.5172 shares or cash at the option of the issuer.
