3D Systems converts all outstanding series B convertible preferreds

New York, June 9 - 3D Systems Corp. has converted all of its outstanding series B convertible preferred stock.

The company issued 2,639,772 common shares for the outstanding 2,639,772 preferreds.

The conversion was completed following notice from 3D that it would redeem its outstanding series B preferreds on June 8. The preferreds would have been redeemed at $6.00 per share plus dividends.

The preferreds were originally issued in a 2003 private placement.

Based in Valencia, Calif., 3D provides three-dimensional printing, prototyping and manufacturing services.
